It’s sometimes difficult to believe it’s already the end of June and harvest time again at Stone’s Throw Farm. This week our CSA members are enjoying head lettuce and greens mix, bok choy and radishes. I’m enjoying some new harvest crates and our walk-in cooler — two things that make life so much easier. My dad gave the pigs some fresh grass on Monday and Mom and I helped him move the pig feeders onto drier ground, all of which seemed to delight the pigs.
