Thanks so much for the beautiful fall pictures of your lovely harvest! The sunflower head is enormous! The squash make me hungry for pumpkin pie. Not that I’ve baked one from fresh squash since Brian and Elden were little.
I have a couple of dishpans full of green tomatoes from the vines Elden brought. I’ve done the requisite salsa from the ripe ones and am about to try chow chow, which evidently can be an ingredient. And no, I don’t like fried green tomatoes, or even green tomato pie. :>
Do you have another collection that look like people’s faces – I believe Cliff Claven (from the TV show Cheers) had a potato that looked like Richard Nixon!
