I see that my Mom sent my blog address to half the free world in her christmas letter, so I’d better update this page even though I don’t have much to report.
We’re enjoying a white Winter Solstice today. These photos are from a few weeks ago, and we just got a foot of new snow (or something like that) last night. That’ll make the ski-ers happy.
The quonset shell is finished and though we wanted to get an endwall or two up before winter, that’s the way it goes.
I’ve been working on some year-end farm accounting and I started the crop plan/seed order for 2011. I plan to spend a lot of time on that sort of thing in the next month.
I hope everyone has a woodstove and a warm kitty to enjoy tonight!
Thank you for a new post!
I really miss tuning in and seeing what’s going on.
Nice to see where you are on the quonset project. Even without ends, it’s a good shelter. Probably for critters as well.
Wonder if there will be any mice in the truck come spring. They certainly liked the old truck.
See- moms are your most faithful readers. Keep those posts coming. Beautiful snow picture!!!!
How about two kitties and a wood furnace? Love the wood heat…don’t love a fat furball jumping on me in the middle of the night so that he can stay warm-er.
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you and Elden!
